Dale D. Pawley is an attorney at Ecoff Campain & Tilles, LLP. Mr. Pawley focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, and employment law.
Mr. Pawley has represented individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers in defense of motor vehicle and trucking accidents, property disputes, and defamation claims. He has also represented small businesses and entertainment industry clients in contract negotiations and disputes. He is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and United States Immigration Courts.
Mr. Pawley previously represented individual immigration candidates in Immigration Court, and provided complete visa services for businesses and prospective employees. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
While in law school, Mr. Pawley was certified as a mediator and interned at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office. Mr. Pawley attended the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a B.A. in political science. He earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
