Gregory L. Strausberg is an attorney at Ecoff Campain & Tilles, LLP. Mr. Strausberg focuses his practice in the areas of business, creditor/debtor, sports & entertainment, and real estate litigation.
Mr. Strausberg has worked on an array of matters involving corporate and individual clients including lenders, landowners, brokers, real estate developers, institutional investors, and biopharmaceutical companies in litigation and arbitration proceedings. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, including the Court of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. Mr. Strausberg is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, as well as in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Strausberg previously worked as an attorney in the structured finance and complex commercial litigation practice groups at a large international firm wherein he played a significant role on a trial team achieving one of the largest Residential Mortgage Backed Securities settlements in history against a large investment bank for misleading investors about the quality and characteristics of the mortgages underlying the securities.
During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Barry Russell at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California as well as to the Honorable Justice Fred Woods in the California Court of Appeal. Mr. Strausberg received his B.A. degree in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, his J.D. and taxation LL.M. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
