Retained to represent the owner and operator of a commercial Japanese-vegetable farm in multiple lawsuits filed in Los Angeles and Imperial County arising out of the investment, formation and management of a new farming operation resulting in claimed losses exceeding $500,000. At trial, attorneys Lawrence Ecoff and Yaron Tilles successfully secured a dismissal of the client against the claims that he breached the management agreement in operating the new farm.
