Furniture Trade Secret Lawsuit Successfully Defeated

Successfully defended international furniture designer and manufacturer in a federal trade secret lawsuit filed in the Central District of California.  After defeating plaintiff’s application for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction, the firm successfully moved for dismissal of the entire action.
