Lawrence C. Ecoff Obtains Reversal of Post-Judgment Motion for Attorney Fees

Attorney Lawrence C. Ecoff obtained a reversal of the denial of a post-judgment order denying plaintiff’s motion for attorney fees.  The Court of Appeal remanded the matter to the trial court with directions to award attorney fees to the firm’s client.
