TRIAL VICTORY AGAINST CLAIMS OF FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE

Borazjoni v. Boostani, et al. – Following a bench trial in the Los Angeles Superior Court, attorneys Lawrence C. Ecoff and Kevin T. Kay prevailed on behalf of Defendants on claims of fraudulent conveyance with respect to certain real property.  Mr. Ecoff and Mr. Kay were able to demonstrate that Defendants did not receive a Beverly Hills residence to aid or assist any third party to delay, avoid or defraud any creditors.
