Trial Victory in Business Investment Dispute

Retained to represent plaintiff, a Los Angeles restaurateur and business investor, Ecoff Campain & Tilles, LLP partner Yaron Tilles prosecuted claims against three defendants for their misappropriation of plaintiff’s investment money. Following two weeks of trial in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Tilles successfully secured a judgment in favor of plaintiff and against all defendants, including a finding of alter ego and an award of punitive damages. In addition, Tilles prevailed in defense of all claims alleged against his client in the cross-complaint.
