TRIAL VICTORY IN CORPORATE DISPUTE

Christian Mack vs. David Roman – Lawrence C . Ecoff proceeded to trial before the Delaware Chancery Court in an internal corporate dispute.  The case was filed by the Firm in December, 2023 to enforce Plaintiff’s ownership interest and management. After six (6) months of aggressive litigation, the matter proceeded to trial in June, 2024.  Following trial, the court found in favor of Plaintiff, and attorney Lawrence C. Ecoff vindicated his client’s rights.
