Appellate Victory

In 2024, the firm was retained to represent Hyper Bicycles, Inc. in an
appeal before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in a patent infringement case
following the grant of summary judgment in favor of Hyper. Attorneys Lawrence C.
Ecoff and Alberto J. Campain drafted the appellate briefs, and Lawrence C. Ecoff
argued the appeal before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeal. Following oral argument,
the Federal Circuit Court ruled in favor of Hyper Bicycles, affirming the trial court’s grant
of summary judgment. The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals awarded the firm
attorney’s fees in connection with the appeal.
