Attorney Alberto J. Campain prevailed in Appeal

The firm was retained to represent a client on appeal following the client
prevailing at a jury trial on a fraud claim relating to a landlord-tenant dispute. Attorney
Alberto J. Campain drafted the respondent’s brief, and argued the case before the
California Court of Appeal. On May 15, 2025, the Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the
firm’s client, affirming the jury’s decision.
