Bench Trial Victory

In May 2025, attorney Lawrence C. Ecoff proceeded to trial in a real estate dispute in
connection with an agreement concerning the purchase of a residential property valued
in excess of $3 million. Lawrence C. Ecoff was hired by the client’s long-time counsel to
assist and co-chair parts of the trial in Alhambra, California. Following the close of
evidence, the Court ruled in favor of the firm’s client, denying all relief sought by the
opposing party, and providing the firm’s client with an unqualified victory.
