FEHA CLAIMS TRIAL VICTORY

Marlon Alexander vs. 16217 Stonebridge Parkway – In July, 2024 attorneys Lawrence C. Ecoff and Alberto J. Campain proceeded to trial on an action representing the defendants of a FEHA claim for retaliation, harassment and discrimination.  Following a trial in San Diego Superior Court, Lawrence C. Ecoff and Alberto J. Campain obtained a judgment in favor of the defendant on all causes of action.
